When you’re buying a pickup truck, one of your primary considerations is likely cargo space. After all, one of the main reasons that people buy trucks is so that they can carry a large amount of tools, gear, and other equipment from place to place.
At Fields Chrysler Dodge Jeep® RAM of Asheville, our dealers are happy to report that the RAM trucks on our lot are all equipped with a generous amount of cargo capacity. Here is an overview of the cargo capacity in every RAM truck.
2020 RAM 1500
The smallest truck on our lot, the 2020 RAM 1500, is nonetheless equipped with a large amount of cargo space. This full-size truck comes with either a standard six-foot-four-inch bed or an available five-foot-seven-inch bed. This opens up enough room between the truck’s wheel wells for a four-foot-wide sheet of plywood.
In addition to the spacious bed, this truck has an add-on option of RamBox built-in storage bins.
2020 RAM 2500
The next biggest truck in the RAM lineup is the 2020 RAM 2500. This heavy-duty truck has an extensive number of trim levels and cab styles allowing for varying degrees of cargo space. If you want the most cargo space, choose the available Mega Cab, which offers the largest rear seat in its class.
2020 RAM 3500
The largest pickup truck on our lot, the 2020 RAM 3500, offers the most cargo space in the RAM lineup. A few of its many trims offer an eight-foot bed, giving drivers plenty of space to store their work materials and more.
Test drive these three RAM trucks and more right here at Fields Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Asheville. We'll help you find the configuration you want and set you up with convenient RAM financing as well.
